Centennial Park – Nashville, Tennessee

The lawn stretches out, backdropped by Nashville’s Parthenon; as soon as we hit the grass our shoes were flung off and we erupted into cartwheels. So much empty green reached out in front of us and we were like little kids let out while the sprinklers were on. We found our butts in the grass and started stretching which turned into yoga play time which turned into acro yoga then inversion practice.

The park was big and open; we strolled around the lake lined in willow strees on our way to the Parthenon, an immense and sound looking replica of the Parthenon in Greece.

There was so much sun and air hitting Centennial Park, I will definitely be back to Nashville and to this space.
